Chef Hudson MmeraMeet Our Head Chef

Hudson Mmera heads up our kitchen team, leading his dedicated brigade of chefs to create modern Kenyan fine dining menus. Hudson took the reins at Shalom Hotel in June 2013, having gathered invaluable experience at notable kitchens.   He now brings his own personal vision to Shalom Hotel to create exquisite fine dining menus, often with a touch of theatre & a fresh way of looking at old favourites.
